Rafael Beltrão
Rafael is a Civil Engineer with a Master's degree in Transportation Engineering from UFSC and an MBA in Project Management. He has over 13 years of experience in planning and modeling strategic infrastructure projects, working on contracts financed by organizations such as the World Bank, IDB, BNDES, and state governments.
Throughout his career, he has led feasibility studies, demand modeling, tariff analyses, and long-term projections for highly complex multimodal projects, using quantitative methodologies and advanced simulation tools.
At BELTEX, the same technical discipline and strategic vision are applied to structuring processes, managing risks, and developing data-driven models, ensuring solidity, transparency, and sustainable growth.

Marcus Beltrão
With 6 years of experience in the financial market, Marcus built his career focusing on structured operations, capital management, and the development of quantitative strategies geared towards operational consistency.
Holding a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Financial Management, he possesses a solid background in strategic analysis, risk control, and probability-driven decision making, applying statistical principles to the construction of disciplined operational models.
At BELTEX, he is responsible for conducting trading operations and developing the company's proprietary algorithm, structured with statistical validation, rigorous risk management, and elimination of emotional biases, integrating algorithmic technology with daily strategic market analysis.

Gustavo Beltrão
A Civil Engineer with solid experience in large industrial projects and metal structures, Gustavo built his career working in national and multinational engineering companies, participating in significant projects for groups such as Vale, Nucor, Fiat, and large hospitals and industrial complexes.
With a strong track record in team leadership, project management, and client relations, she developed expertise in technical planning, quality control, and structuring customized solutions.
At BELTEX, she is responsible for strategic expansion and investor relations, applying her experience in management, organization, and practical execution to support the company's structured growth.

Juliana Braz
A finance professional with 15 years of experience in national and international banking institutions, Juliana built her career working as a Personal and Corporate Client Relationship Manager, with a strong focus on portfolio management and profitability, credit analysis, and structuring financial transactions.
Throughout his career, he has developed a consultative approach focused on customer loyalty, strategic offerings of investments, credit, insurance, and retirement plans, combining analytical insight with the building of solid, long-term relationships.
